The objective of the assignment was to prepare the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Project “Approximation of Health and Safety at Work Legislation,” the objective of which was to provide assistance to further harmonise the Russian legislation with the EU legislation and international standards with regard to health and safety at work. 

The Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation, Department of Labour Conditions and Labour Protection is the Project Partner; employers and employees of public and private enterprises were the Final Beneficiaries of the Project.
