The European Commission decided to allocate 13 mEUR to European NGOs for delivery of the Basic Package of Health Services.  Accordingly, the EC Representation Office launched a call for proposals ‘Afghanistan Support to Health Delivery.” 

The specific objective of the mission was to assess the technical and financial quality of the proposals submitted under this framework.
