He was a technical consultant to various Local - contracting Authorities for co-financed infrastructure projects financed by EU structural funds. Ηe was involved in the development of several innovation projects in Greece and abroad and was also responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies/ business plans of several PPP projects, as well as for Strategy/ Business Plan of Organizations.

Since 2001, Mr. Panagiotis Raidis has been a Permanent External Partner of Euroconsultants S.A. He has 19 years of experience as a Project Team Manager in the planning and management of the implementation of co-financed projects / programs on behalf of public and private sector entities. Since 2011, he has undertaken the management of important project programs mainly with credit institutions and large companies. He has many years of experience in: Development, design and implementation of Quality Management Systems in a number of organizations in the private and public sector, developing of Business Research Studies, the Administration-Management of Regional Innovation Projects focusing on Entrepreneurship and Tourism, as well as in the implementation of projects - know-how and innovation transfer studies , business planning, business organization and management, professional training, IT project management.

Mr. Nikos Giannoulidis is a Permanent External Partner of Euroconsultants S.A. since 2002, while he is the Director of International Projects Unit and Innovation Management Consultant of the company, having coordinated many projects to support international cooperation in Research and Innovation (projects funded from the FP5, FP6, FP7, H2020, CIP, Erasmus+ and various European Territorial  Cooperation Programs). He has many years of experience in providing services as a Technical Consultant for the Management of co-financed projects to entities of the wider public sector and to companies in the private sector, as well as as a Quality Assurance Manager in various projects. He has extensive experience and expertise in Supporting Businesses, Start-ups and Agencies in the development of innovation plans, the search for relevant funding, the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship management skills, the implementation of Innovation strategies and studies, etc. He has experience in supporting regional and national authorities in the development of Innovation Strategies (Smart Specialisation-RIS3) and in identifying measures to support the implementation of the strategies. In addition, for a number of years he has supported institutions and SMEs in the creation of Innovation Clusters (informatics, agri-food, medical tourism, etc.) and the development of business plans for Technological Parks and Incubators in South-Eastern Europe and throughout the world. Finally, he has experience in the development of quality management, environmental management, food safety systems and in the preparation of studies and business plans for companies.

Vaggelis Fragkogiannis, Economist, MBA, is Head of the Management Consulting and project Finance department of Euroconsultants with 15 years of experience, mainly in strategy, reorganization and financial advisory mandates across the energy, infrastructure, telecoms and other sectors. He has long experience in transformation of Energy companies (EPA ATTIKIS, DEPA), in supporting maturing PPP projects (Tourist and infrastructure  projects), in privatization of infrastructure companies ,in supporting PPC Renewables in developing ,financing and attracting Investors in RES projects especially Geothermal and Biomass in West Macedonia, n mobilizing Foreign and local investors for participating in RES and Infrastructure investments and Concessions. Mr Fragkogiannis is supporting the Investment Fund development of Eurobank and Alpha Bank in the framework of The Structural Funds second generation Jessica initiative, under the current programming period aiming to fund Renewable, Energy conservation and Sustainable development projects.

Diploma in Production Engineering & Management from the Technical University of Crete, Greece. Mr. Thanos Papotis works in the company’s headquarters in Thessaloniki-Greece since 2000. His key qualifications, responsibilities and expertise include: Experience with EU Funds, Programs & Initiatives in the fields of project & financial management, publicity & information awareness activities (organization of technical meetings, workshops, seminars & conferences, development of project websites & databases, design & development of publication material), Technical Assistance and Consultancy Services to Managing Authorities/public bodies/non-profit private organizations/private entities. 

Economist with a degree in Business Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki's Faculty of Law and Economics. She has 30 years of experience assisting the private sector's investment activity and has developed a wide range of economic and technical studies, feasibility studies for numerous investment programs, investment programs that fall under the purview of the Development Law, market research, and marketing plans. Ms. Katerina Paliodimoudi has been employed since 2003 by the company's headquarters in Thessaloniki in the organization and administration of the private sector.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki's Department of Mechanical Engineering, and holder of master's degrees in both mechanical engineering and industrial and systems engineering from the University of Southern California in the United States. He has been working at Euroconsultants SA since 2020 and has evaluated more than 200 proposals for European programs over the course of more than ten years. Mr. Sigouras Apostolos is also a Certified Lead Inspector for the ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 (IRCA) standards.

Administrative Scientist, graduate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holder of an MSc in Public Policy and Administration from the Athens University of Economics. She has experience in the provision of audit/accounting services as well as in the provision of Technical Consultant services, in the development, planning and implementation of projects, as well as in the targeting and reorganization of public sector organizations. Ms Michalopoulou Chrysa works at Euroconsultants SA since 2017.

BA in Economics (University of Wales Aberystwyth) with a Masters in Financial Management (University of South Wales, Glamorgan). He is certified in Greek Accounting Standards and General Accounting Principles from the University of Piraeus. He has over 15 years of experience in financial management, development and reorganization of businesses and organizations as well as specialization in business planning and strategy with strong qualifications in the fields of accounting, banking, project management and financial consulting in general. Mr. Kitsos Ioannis has many years of experience in providing consulting services in matters of restructuring, strategy, mergers/acquisitions, sales and exports in a variety of sectors.

An experienced energy executive with 25 years of cross-cultural, international experience in major investment and commercial roles across the energy industry (Middle East).
