The Quality & Environment System of Euroconsultants S.A. has been created with the aim of ensuring, but also the continuous improvement of, both the overall quality of the company's services, its mode of operation, its efficiency, as well as to comply with the corporate policy of quality, safety and sound environmental management.

The full implementation of recorded procedures, and the flow of information in a specific and controlled way, will help systematize the operation of the organization, normalize the level of quality and continuous improvement.

Field of application

The Quality Management System is implemented by all Euroconsultants personnel, which concerns all of the company's activities. More specifically, the scope of the Quality Management System is as follows:

  • "Services of management consultants, strategic and business planning, monitoring management, control and evaluation of development and technology projects and programs, special financing of real estate, provision of financial consultant services.
  • Management, administration and implementation of transnational and territorial cooperation programs of any objective and consulting services.
