Τhe TETAPOLIS Science & Technology Park (STP) and Business Incubator was designed in order to bridge the gap between research and industry, attract national and foreign investments, stimulate cooperation and knowledge-based growth and act as a paradigm for sustainable development for the Country and the wider region. During the Project, the Consultant was responsible for developing a Feasibility Study and a Business Plan for the STP. He analyzed the enabling environment, needs and objectives, and developed the technical - economic investment plan scenarios combined with their Financial and Impact Analysis, so to investigate the optimal selection. This analysis and scenarios together with the urban planning and Geotechnical Study he performed, supported the development of the Business and Financial Plan of the STP.

The aim of this Project is to improve the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and to improve their management capacity. In particular, the Consultant was responsible for the preparation and conduct of a National Baseline Study of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises with the aim of a deeper and better understanding of the business sectors, the assessment of the current situation, the identification of constraints and opportunities, the quantification of demand, as well as and the proposal of roles and responsibilities for further development of the different branches of SMEs.

The overall objective of the project is to offer technical assistance services in order to develop systems and applications in digitizing the pension granting process in Greece. Thus, the Consultant was responsible for reviewing the current procedures of the bodies responsible for retirement and pensions, analyzing the fundamental provisions for these bodies, describing the computer algorithm for calculating the amount of the pensions, as well as reviewing the current situation and finally for developing alternative scenarios for reforming the procedures.

The construction group ELLAKTOR commissioned Roland Berger to help the group accelerate a reorganization program by assisting and navigating ELLAKTOR’s internal reorganization team achieve the best results. For this assignment, Roland Berger subcontracted Euroconsultants to create a joint team of international and local partners and consultants with a goal to provide the best possible value to ELLAKTOR.

The Program “Energy Efficiency at Household Buildings II“ is aimed at household owners who wish to upgrade the energy efficiency of their properties, resulting in energy savings in the residential building sector.

The Consultant's responsibilities included the design, implementation and maintenance of a new Management Information System / Integrated Database System, which would act as the main platform for registering incoming applications, monitoring implemented energy saving activities and completing each funded application, including submission of all requested documents until final payment.
