Τhe TETAPOLIS Science & Technology Park (STP) and Business Incubator was designed in order to bridge the gap between research and industry, attract national and foreign investments, stimulate cooperation and knowledge-based growth and act as a paradigm for sustainable development for the Country and the wider region. During the Project, the Consultant was responsible for developing a Feasibility Study and a Business Plan for the STP. He analyzed the enabling environment, needs and objectives, and developed the technical - economic investment plan scenarios combined with their Financial and Impact Analysis, so to investigate the optimal selection. This analysis and scenarios together with the urban planning and Geotechnical Study he performed, supported the development of the Business and Financial Plan of the STP.

The main objective of the Project was to develop the Feasibility and Business Plan for Măgurele Science Park (MSP), in order to contribute to the development of innovation and of public and private sector of the local ecosystem. Some of the key components that the Consultant performed were the current state review & analysis, the market research, the strategy definition, the operating model development, the construction & cost analysis development, the financial forecasts, the funding requirements identifications, the next phases planning etc.

The objective of this Project is to improve the competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and improve their management capacity. The Project aims to improve overall SME competitiveness as a result of improvements in the way SMEs are managed and operate, and complements existing state programs for financial and non-financial support of SMEs. The goal was to establish the Supply Development Service (SDS), strengthen its capacity, and conduct preparatory work for the launch and implementation of the pilot Supplier Development Program (SDP). 

The overall objective of the project was to contribute to the diversification of the economy and sustainable regional development in Azerbaijan, while reducing socio-economic disparities between regions. The aim was the sustainable development of widespread economic activities in regions and particularly in rural areas in Azerbaijan. Pilot targets were the support to economic development of at least five selected agro-food value chains. All in all, the Contractor conducted training and needs analysis, prepared and implemented training activities, developed three territorial development plans along with their financing schemes and strengthen the capacity building of the Ministry of Economy.

The overall objective of the project was provision of technical assistance for the legal, educational, psychological support, and hosting services to refugees upon their relocation from their country of origin. The implementation of the project included provision of various types of services (legal, educational, technical etc.) to gradually incorporate the refugees in the local community, ensuring the sustainability and operability of its structure, awareness raising among civil society, as well as the development and improvement of instruments, administrative structures, tools and methods which will be used for the incorporation and the resettlement of refugees.
