A full study containing strategic proposals for the restoration, sustainable development and profitable operation of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi, aiming to the following goals:

1. To create a modern metropolitan park with main themes: history, culture, recreation, environmental awareness and education, so that anyone can enjoy what nature and history have bequeathed.
2. To respect and protect the historical legacy and identity of the Estate.
3. To secure its long-term economic viability through an effective organizational and managerial structure of operations, as well as by synergies and partnerships with private entities in activities compatible with its historic character, taking into account world’s best practices.
