Within the framework of the 24th annual conference of Prodexpo held on October 25 and 26, 2023 at the Athens Concert Hall, the President and CEO of Euroconsultants S.A. Dr. Paris Kokorotsikos participated in a panel, on the subject of public real estate development projects and referred in particular to the global trends prevailing in the development of technological parks, possibilities presented by the development of technological parks and innovation areas, as well as the perspectives for Greece.
Mr. Kokorotsikos underlined that Greece is at a fairly early stage in terms of consolidating relevant investments and development projects, even though more and more people are now realizing their importance. He also emphasized that the technology park being developed in Thessaloniki (ThessINTEC) will give a big boost to this sector. ThessINTEC will be a 4th generation technology park and will cover an area of 760 acres next to Macedonia Thessaloniki airport.
